The how-to content below clearly captures the steps you need to take to complete a password reset for Seller Center access.
- If you are unable to log into Seller Center, click the Forgot your Password? link below the gray LOG IN button.

2. You will be redirected to a screen where you can enter the email address that is associated with your Seller Center account. Enter your email and select Submit. If you remember your password, you can select Go back to login page.


3. You will receive confirmation that an email has been sent to the account entered if the email address is in our system.Â

4. You will receive an email containing a reset password link that will be valid for 7 days. You will receive an email with the subject "Your password has been reset." click set your new password to be taken to the password reset page.Â

5. You will be prompted to create a new password and then confirm it before clicking the Submit button. Your new password must include the following:Â
- 8-15 characters in length
- At least 1 special character
- At least 1 uppercase character
- At least 1 lowercase character
- At least 2 numbers

Password Reset Errors
If you are unable to reset your password using the instructions above, open a Partner Support Case by selecting Password or Other Access Issue >  Password reset not working. Provide the following information in your case:
- Seller or Partner ID
- Your Name
- Error messages received
- Date and time of issues
- You can submit password/access tickets without being logged into Seller Help.
- Please send an email to [email protected], if you are unable to access Seller Center or the support page to request a password reset.
